Step 1 -

Getting a quote

In order to properly serve our designers and provide an accurate estimate for floor plan and rendering services the First Step that must be taken is to review your project plans, sketches, photos, etc. Once Designs Rendered has reviewed your project scope we will produce an estimate for our services.

Please send your project information to:

Step 2 -

Once an estimate has been produced and approved, we will create a timeline for our services and coordinate it with our schedule. If there is a specific deadline for a project, we will do everything we can to accommodate those needs.

*Additional fees may be applied for RUSH services.

Step 3 -

Project Initiation

After a schedule has been created the final invoice will be produced and sent to the client. Designs Rendered requires that payment be made in full (floor plans / elevations only) OR a 50% deposit (renderings only) of the total invoice be paid upfront to secure the proposed timeline / schedule. Once the deposit has been received, the project services will begin on the scheduled "Start Date".

Step 4 -

Project progression

During the period of time that Designs Rendered is servicing your project, our rendering technicians may reach out to the designer with additional questions, design suggestions or just general status updates. Our designers may also feel free to reach out with any questions. We ask that your final proposed designs be sent to us initially before we begin servicing your projects.

Step 5 -

Project Completion

Upon completion of the floor plans, elevations and/or renderings our team will reach out to you to notify that the project has been completed. We will require that any balance remaining be paid in full at this point and payment must be received before the final drawings will be sent.

Step 6 -

Floor plans / Elevations - As a courtesy to our clients we permit the 1st series of MINOR revisions to be made to your plans FREE of charge. Additional revisions after will be need to be quoted.

Renderings - Due to the lengthy nature of renderings and the time it takes to adjust drawings, all renderings revisions will need to be quoted. An estimate will be produced and must be approved prior to beginning the revisions.
